General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the phwin platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the phwin website, mobile site, or any related services, you automatically agree to these terms.

phwin operates with the aim of providing a safe and reliable online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. Our platform includes live casino, slot games, and sports betting on cricket and other sports.

phwin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated terms are published, you will be considered to have accepted those changes.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at phwin and participate in any gaming activity, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. We strictly prohibit gaming activities by minors. Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one phwin account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, family, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may create obstacles during account verification and withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password Protection

Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

phwin may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

This verification process is secured by SSL encryption and your personal information remains completely safe.

3.3 Account Closure & Suspension

phwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, for any reason, particularly in cases of policy violations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

phwin currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• bKash: Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad: The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket: Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking wallet.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

To request a withdrawal, your account must have a minimum of ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on phwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phwin complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to review any transaction to prevent suspicious activity. Funds deposited into an account must be from a legitimate source.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount depends on the deposit — for example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms.
• Bonuses apply to one account only.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage, multiple accounts) is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• phwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses are not directly transferable as cash — withdrawal is only possible after completing the wagering requirement.

5.4 VIP Program

phwin's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Integrity

All games on the phwin platform operate on the basis of fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. phwin reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during a game session, phwin will determine the game result based on server-side logs. In the event of any dispute, the server record will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting

The events and markets available in the sports betting section may change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with phwin policy. Betting is available on various markets including matches involving national teams (such as Bangladesh vs India).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Operating an account under a false or another person's identity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Defrauding or intimidating other members.
• Syndicate betting with family members or acquaintances.

Responsible Gaming
